Oh Charles Rogers…
In trouble again. It’s almost hard to remember that this guy was a #2 overall pick in the 03′ draft. Here’s what he’s up to now:
The 28-year-old Rogers was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he refused a Breathalyzer test, police said. Results of a blood test are pending.
Rogers was arraigned Thursday on charges of operating while intoxicated and operating without a valid license. He was ordered held on $50,000 bond and didn’t have an attorney on record with the court. A pretrial conference is set for Monday.
It gets worse when you read up on the incident. This guy was unconscious drunk. He literally passed out in a left turn lane and was unresponsive. The fire department had to break the windows to pull him out the car. Sad to see him throwing it all away like this.
